Role Description

We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Specialist
to join our team in Aïn Sebaâ.

This full-time, on-site role involves managing and optimizing our online platforms, launching and tracking digital ad campaigns, and ensuring our website and content always stay up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads
    campaigns.
  • Manage and update the
    website's content, visuals, and banners
    .
  • Develop and execute strategies to
    drive online sales and brand visibility
    .
  • Monitor and analyze
    sales data, campaign results, and performance KPIs
    .
  • Support
    influencer marketing
    campaigns and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on goals and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    digital marketing and e-commerce sales
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads platforms
    .
  • Knowledge of
    SEO
    and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in the
    beauty industry
    is a plus.
