We are seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join a high-flying team of hospitality professionals and to continually improve the Aspire Executive Lounge offering to meet our ambition of being the Best Lounge provider globally.

Job Summary

As a Barman, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional bar service. You will expertly craft a range of beverages, from barista-quality coffees to premium cocktails, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

You will ensure every guest enjoys a relaxed and premium experience, setting the tone for their journey ahead.

Your activities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Provide excellent product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality presentation and service of all drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and support with inventory management.
• Collaborate with lounge colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving any queries or feedback promptly.
• Assist with general lounge duties as required, ensuring an immaculate environment.

Your profile

• Diploma in Hospitality, Beverage Management, or equivalent professional training.
• Proven experience in bartending, preferably in premium hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, wines, and specialty coffees.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional appearance with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
