Skill Check:

• BAC +5 / or equivalent.
• 5 years of seniority in the industry automotive
• Leadership & team management
• Communication skills (clear reporting and interaction with teams)
• KPI monitoring and follow-up
• Production process optimization
• Production scheduling & resource management
• Cross-Functional Collaboration (Working with maintenance, quality, and other departments)
• Capacity planning (adjusting production plans based on demand and resources)

• Ensuring production demand on time.
• Handling shortages of materials, workers, or equipment.
• Fixing problems with product quality..
• Keeping the workplace safe while producing.
• Improving our process with new ways to make production better.
• Handling quality product issues & deep analysis
