Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Managing Director at MedMilk - Albane - Groupe Anouar Invest, located in Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco. The Managing Director will oversee the daily operations of the company, including strategic planning, financial planning, and resource management. Responsibilities include setting organizational goals, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing senior staff, and driving business development initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading the company towards growth and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Experience in financial planning and budget management
- Proficiency in resource management and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive business development initiatives
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Experience in managing senior staff and team leadership
- Previous experience in the milk production industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
