URBN Sunglasses is a fast-growing eyewear brand combining style, quality, and affordability. We aim to bring trendy, durable sunglasses to fashion-conscious customers across Morocco and beyond. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Marketing & Operations Intern to support our operations and grow our digital presence.

Role Overview

This internship offers a hands-on experience in both operations and marketing. You will assist in managing customer orders, coordinating with shipping companies, and supporting content creation and social media marketing. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in e-commerce, operations, and digital marketing in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations:

• Process and confirm customer orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and track deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments.

Marketing & Content:

• Assist in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Help monitor engagement and performance metrics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
