Role Description

This is a full-time position as Sales & Marketing (S&M) Coordinator located in Marrakech as an on-site role. The S&M Coordinator will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing client inquiries, supporting sales strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and handling administrative tasks to support the department's operations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and organizational goals while creating a seamless experience for partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, content development, and digital marketing tools
• Proven skills in client communication, relationship management, and collaboration
• Proficiency in organizing promotional activities, analyzing sales data, and contributing to business growth initiatives
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and marketing software platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous
• Prior experience in hospitality or luxury brand marketing is a plus

Compulsory criteria

• Proficiency in English and French
• Moroccan citizen
