Job Title: Dispatcher – OPM Department

Location: Nador

Department: Operations & Production Management (OPM)

Reports to: Operations Planning Manager

Job Summary:

The Dispatcher will play a key role in coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring daily production and logistics activities within the OPM department. This position requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to analyze and report data accurately. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and dispatch production and logistics activities according to priorities and schedules.
  • Monitor progress and ensure that daily and weekly plans are executed efficiently.
  • Prepare and update planning and dispatch reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
  • Conduct and lead daily or weekly operational meetings with related departments.
  • Communicate effectively with production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve any scheduling or resource issues.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support management with operational reporting, planning dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis).
  • Experience in reporting, planning, or dispatch coordination within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
