Job Title: Réceptionniste de Luxe / Guest Relations (H/F) – Ouverture Riad

Situé au cœur de la Médina de Marrakech, Maison Ziri est un nouveau Riad de prestige composé de 8 suites et chambres. Nous visons l'excellence et un service ultra-personnalisé pour une clientèle internationale exigeante. Pour notre ouverture imminente, nous recherchons le visage de notre établissement.

Missions du Poste :

En tant que Réceptionniste, vous êtes le pilier de l'expérience client :

  • Accueil d'Excellence : Accueillir les clients selon les rituels de l'hospitalité marocaine de luxe (Cérémonie du thé, serviettes fraîches, présentation du Riad).
  • Conciergerie Proactive : Anticiper et organiser les besoins des clients (réservations de restaurants, transferts aéroport, excursions sur mesure).
  • Gestion des Réservations : Maîtriser les plateformes , Airbnb) et le logiciel de gestion (PMS) pour optimiser les plannings.
  • Communication Interne : Assurer le lien entre la direction, la cuisine et le ménage pour une coordination parfaite.
  • E-Réputation : Encourager les clients à partager leur expérience sur TripAdvisor et Google.

Profil Recherché :

  • Langues : Maîtrise parfaite du Français et de l'Anglais (indispensable). Une 3ème langue est un plus.
  • Expérience : Minimum 2 à 3 ans dans un Riad de standing ou un Boutique-Hôtel à Marrakech.
  • Compétences : Excellente présentation, aisance relationnelle naturelle, et maîtrise des outils digitaux.
  • Attitude : Autonomie, grande capacité d'adaptation et sens du détail "obsessionnel".

Conditions :

  • Lieu : Marrakech Médina.
  • Rémunération : Salaire compétitif à négocier selon expérience + Primes sur objectifs de satisfaction.
