Seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our

exclusive 8-bedroom five-star luxury riad located in the heart of

Marrakech's medina. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English,

Arabic, and French, with a proven track record of managing high-end

hotel properties. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily

operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences for ultra high net worth

clientele, cultivating a warm and cohesive team environment, and

maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. The

General Manager will also be responsible for financial management,

marketing, team training, and building strong relationships with local partners and

vendors. Strong leadership, focus, cultural sensitivity, a polished and professional appearance and a passion for
