We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Object-Oriented Developers / Lead Developers – GraphTalk Technology to take on the following responsibilities : 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements

  • Draft Detailed Technical Specifications / Prepare technical documentation

  • Develop application enhancements

  • Create a prototype of the technical solution for validation (e.g., standard configuration)

  • Analyze technical and functional issues

  • Fix defects and anomalies

Required Skills (Must-Have):

    • Development experience with an Object-Oriented programming language (Java, C, PHP, etc.)

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Familiarity with ITIL processes

    • Proficiency with incident management tools (Jira or others)

    • Familiarity with a TMA (Third-Party Application Maintenance) environment with an offshore client

Profile required

  • Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have)

    • Functional or business knowledge of the insurance sector.

    • Experience with Agile methodology.

    Soft Skills

    • Strong communication skills.

    • Team player.

    • Proactive attitude.

Personal Qualities:

  • Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
