Role Description
Wavesoft Maroc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Project Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Casablanca. The ERP Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and successful implementation of ERP systems within designated timelines and budgets. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of ERP solutions, analyzing business processes for improvement, and addressing technical and functional requirements. The Project Manager will facilitate team meetings, manage project milestones, and maintain close communication with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal results.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP Implementations
- Proficiency in Business Process analysis and optimization to identify areas of improvement
- Experience in Budgeting, ensuring efficient project cost management
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management skills, organization, and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in software implementation or IT consulting services is advantageous
