Your role day-to-day

As a Kindness Host, you are the soul and first impression of our residence.

With warmth, calm, and attentiveness, you guide our guests from their arrival to their departure, making each step smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant.

Your mission includes:

  • Welcoming guests with authenticity and care

  • Assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and all questions or needs

  • Offering local tips, guidance, or simply a listening ear

  • Presenting our spaces and services naturally (Wi-Fi, kitchenettes, laundry...)

  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for a flawless experience

  • Noticing and acting on the little things that make big impressions

Who you are?

  • You've had some experience in reception, hospitality, or customer care

  • You speak
    French and English fluently
    ;
    Spanish is a plus
    , but not a must

  • You're
    positive, friendly, and genuinely enjoy human connection

  • You're
    organized and reliable
    , but always easygoing

  • Most of all, you have the kind of energy that makes people feel at ease
