Your responsibilities include:

  • Definition and execution of the financial strategy:

    develop and implement the Finance strategy and the target operating model, in alignment with

    the overall objectives of the group.
  • Financial function management: Supervise

    accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, financial analysis and treasury.
  • Compliance and reporting: Ensure compliance with

    IFRS standards and the Moroccan accounting reference, while facilitating reporting according to

    Chinese standards (Chinese GAAP).
  • Internal controls and risk management: Implement

    robust controls to reduce financial and operational risks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Working with

    Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to optimize costs and improve margins.
  • Leadership and team development: Building and

    managing a high-performing local Finance team, promoting skills development and

    adherence to company values.
  • Interface with headquarters: Ensure smooth

    and efficient communication between the Moroccan factory and the group in China.

Search Profile

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or

    related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in IFRS, Moroccan accounting standards

    and understanding of Chinese standards (Chinese GAAP).
  • Significant experience in industrial finance,

    ideally in the automotive or tire sector.
  • Language skills: Moroccan Arabic, English and/or

    French; knowledge of Chinese is an asset.
  • Excellent mastery of financial systems, ERP (SAP) and

    advanced skills in Excel.
  • Solid understanding of long-term strategies and

    ability to align financial objectives with the overall vision.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide

    relevant analyzes to support decision-making.
