About the Opportunity

We are looking for a
GIS Analyst
to play a key role in the launch of our GIS platform
Atlas
. This position is critical to supporting our production and forecasting activities by collecting high-quality spatial data directly from our Moroccan production areas.

The role involves
on-site farm surveys
, close collaboration with growers and internal teams, and the creation of accurate, reliable GIS datasets that will support operational decision-making and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the
  Supply Analytics & GIS Manager
  to design, create, and maintain GIS maps of Moroccan production areas
• Conduct
  field surveys
  across production regions, capturing:
• Location, size, and shape of fields
• Planting attributes and production characteristics
• Work with
  Morocco Forecasting and Operations teams
  to engage with growers and secure access to farms
• Use the
  Esri Atlas platform
  to capture, edit, and validate accurate production data
• Plan and manage your work schedule effectively, including:
• Farm visits
• Data entry
• Data validation and quality control
• Provide
  regular progress updates
  , highlighting risks, challenges, or barriers that may require escalation or support

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Science, GIS, or a related field
• Professional Experience:
  Experience in data collection and reporting Exposure to GIS, mapping, or land surveying
• Core Skills & Experience:
  Data analysis Mapping and surveying Teamwork and relationship building
• Technical Skills:
  GIS tools Basic to Intermediate level.
