Role Overview

We are looking for a
AI Systems Engineer
with
2–5 years of experience
to design, fine-tune, and deploy
LLM-powered systems and AI agents
into real production environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
hands-on building
, translating abstract AI capabilities into
scalable, reliable, business-critical systems
.

What You'll Do

  • Design, fine-tune, and evaluate
    LLMs
    (open-source and proprietary)
  • Build and orchestrate
    AI agents
    for automation, reasoning, and decision support
  • Develop
    RAG pipelines
    , embeddings, vector search, and tool-calling workflows
  • Turn prototypes into
    production-grade services
    with proper monitoring and logging
  • Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost
  • Contribute to
    MLOps pipelines
    (CI/CD, versioning, deployment, observability)
  • Stay current with advances in
    AI Systems Engineer
    and apply them pragmatically

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    AI / ML / Software Engineering
  • Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with
    LLMs
    (fine-tuning, prompting, evaluation)
  • Experience with
    LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks
  • Familiarity with
    vector databases
    (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Understanding of
    API-based model deployment
    and cloud environments
  • Comfortable working from prototype to production

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    MLOps tools
    (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, etc.)
  • Knowledge of
    NLP or computer vision
  • Experience deploying AI systems in
    enterprise or operational contexts
  • Familiarity with cost optimization and scalability concerns in LLM systems
