Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will lead software development projects, write and review efficient back-end code, design and manage scalable systems, and oversee implementation of object-oriented programming principles. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality software solutions will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
  • Ability to lead development teams and manage projects effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development
