Manpower is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients, a
Senior HR Business Partner
based in Agadir.

WHAT - Your key deliverables
:

  • Represent HR on the Agadir Site Management Team and co-lead the local people agenda
  • Partner with business leaders and people managers to embed our client, elevate performance and support individual and team development
  • Lead or support strategic change initiatives including transformation, upskilling, workforce planning and employee engagement
  • Ensure HR operations run smoothly in collaboration with the local HR Advisor — covering payroll, leave administration, HR reporting, compliance, and record keeping
  • Coordinate the local implementation of global HR cycles: compensation, performance, talent review.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes aligned with site talent needs
  • Ensure all external workforce processes (contractors, seasonal staff) are compliant with local labour law
  • Safeguard data accuracy and use people analytics to support sound decision making

What we're looking for

Essential knowledge :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience required :

  • 5 – 10 years generalist HR experience, ideally in a production or operational environment
  • Strong HR operations experience including payroll, employment law, and labor relations
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and support team development
  • Experience working in a matrix, multicultural environment
  • Experience translating global HR programs to local impact
  • Comfort with compliance, documentation and HR system accuracy

Language skills :

  • Fluent in Arabic and French
  • Professional proficiency in English
