Role Snapshot

You'll learn full-cycle technical recruiting by running searches end-to-end with daily coaching. No prior recruiting experience required. Fluency in English and French is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Translate a hiring brief into a success profile & sourcing plan.
  • Build talent maps; run outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter & AI tools.
  • Conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and support offer closes.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and pipeline reports.
  • Share data-backed insights (market map, comp, funnel metrics).

Must-haves

  • 1–4 years in a customer-facing or coordination role (recruitment, sales, CS, ops, teaching, admin…).
  • Fluent EN/FR.
  • Strong writing, note-taking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Organised operator: plans, prioritises, hits weekly targets.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with AI/productivity tools.
