Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Build 𝗔𝗦-𝗜𝗦 / 𝗧𝗢-𝗕𝗘 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀, 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘀, and 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
Contribute to backlog refinement and support 𝗨𝗔𝗧 activities
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
Ensure delivery compliance with governance & quality standards
Mentor junior BAs and contribute to capability building
Actively participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
8–10 years' experience, including 6+ years as Business Analyst
Strong Insurance industry background
Excellent knowledge of 𝗕𝗣𝗠𝗡, 𝗝𝗶𝗿𝗮, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼
Solid analytical thinking & stakeholder management skills
Experience with core insurance platforms such as 𝗔𝗕𝗦 / 𝗕𝗠𝗣 / 𝗚𝗥𝗣𝟮 / 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗲 (or equivalent)
Proven experience in 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆
𝗖𝗕𝗔𝗣 / 𝗔𝗕𝗦𝗟 certifications are a strong plus
