Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Fez. The Accountant will handle daily financial tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Other responsibilities include budget monitoring, tax compliance, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring adherence to accounting regulations and standards. The role requires collaboration with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management
• Skilled in bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and tax compliance practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous experience in an accounting role; experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is an advantage
