About the location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform authentic Hammam rituals and a variety of massage treatments tailored to guest needs.

• Ensure each guest receives a personalized, safe, and relaxing experience.

• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and wet areas.

• Build rapport with guests to recommend suitable home care products and encourage repeat visits.

• Actively upsell spa products and treatments, and promote rebooking to enhance guest satisfaction and spa revenue.

• Provide aftercare advice and product education to support guest well-being beyond the treatment.

• Uphold guest confidentiality and deliver services with professionalism and care.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, service-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified in massage therapy with recognized certification.

• Trained and experienced in Hammam treatments.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting.

• Fluent in English & French (required).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in recommending spa products and services to guests.

• Physically fit and able to perform treatments throughout the day.
