About the Role

We are looking for a 
Mid-Level Full Stack Developer
 to design, build, and optimize scalable web applications that power the PACK platform.

This role combines architecture, backend performance, and user-centered development.

You will work across the entire stack — from SvelteKit features to AWS infrastructure — and take part in strategic product decisions.

Core ResponsibilitiesTechnical Architecture & Development

• Design and implement scalable features with clean, maintainable architecture.
• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using SvelteKit, TypeScript, and
• Balance user experience with system performance.

Maintenance & Debugging

• Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure platform stability.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Optimize code, PostgreSQL database performance, and AWS resources.

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (SST, EC2, ECS, S3).
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Ensure smooth deployments and scalable multi-tenant architecture.

AI-Driven Solutions

• Design AI tools to automate workflows and enhance user experience.
• Integrate emerging technologies and LLM APIs.

Secondary ResponsibilitiesCustomer Technical Support

• Provide technical assistance and resolve client issues.

System Optimization

• Monitor performance and eliminate bottlenecks.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with product and design teams.

Code Quality & Standards

• Lead code reviews focused on performance, security, and edge cases.
• Maintain security best practices (OWASP) and test coverage (Vitest, Playwright).

RequirementsTechnical Skills

Frontend:

• SvelteKit, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), TailwindCSS

Backend:
