Gear Up Womentorship Program 2026

An initiative by Stellantis MEA & Africa Tech Center

Stellantis reaffirms its commitment to
gender diversity in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
with the launch of the
Gear Up Womentorship Program.
To
support, inspire, and empower women in STEM
fields in
Morocco
by pairing them with
Leader Women Engineers from Stellantis as mentors.

This initiative targets
female engineering students in their final year of studies
, seeking their
end-of-study internship (PFE) in January 2026
. Beyond the internship, selected participants will benefit from
structured mentorship by Stellantis Women Leaders
and will receive a
certification upon program completion
.

Selection Process

  • Application & screening
  • Online assessment for shortlisted candidates
  • Final selection and matching with the mentors
  • Feedback and assessment reports for all selected applicants

Program Framework

  • Duration:
    6 months
  • Components: Internship + Mentorship + Certification

Through this initiative, Stellantis aims to create a sustainable impact by empowering women engineers to shape the future of mobility.
