Description du poste :
Pour notre direction Finance , nous recherchons un(e) senior Insurance analyst expérimenté(e) pour assister le treasury & insurance manager dans la gestion du volet assurance d'innovx et ses filiales.
Le/la candidat(e) sera responsable de la gestion des besoins en assurances et des sujets en relation avec l'assurance, il sera aussi l'interface entre les différents intervenants externes et les différents projets ou demandeur de police.
Ce rôle inclut l'animation et pilotage des missions assurances en interne ou par des externes, il comprend aussi l'accompagnement pour l'établissement des différents cahiers de charges des besoins, de l'analyse des offres reçues et du suivi jusqu'à la contractualisation. Il aura aussi comme rôle le suivi des polices en cours des réclamations , des sinistres et demandes de remboursement
Responsabilités :
- Monitoring des Risk Assessment :
Focal Point pour les missions de cartographie des risques - Suivi des revues des clauses assurances :
s'assurer de la revue des clauses assurances des diffèrents contrats - Placement des assurances :
participer à l'établissement du cahier de charges pour chaque police d'assurance , aux appels d'offres, ouverture de plis négociation et contractualisation - Gestion des contrats :
suivre la mise en place des contrats, le respect des conditions ainsi que le suivi des sinistres réclamations et remboursements - Animation ateliers :
mise en place d'un guide assurance pour les utilisateurs projets avec les délais de déclaration et modalités spécifiques relatives aux déclarations - Relations avec les parties prenantes :
Gérer les relations avec assureurs, advisors ou autre. - Amélioration des processus :
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des processus et systèmes administratifs et financiers efficaces pour soutenir la croissance de l'organisation, en intégrant des outils digitaux pour automatiser et améliorer la gestion des opérations.
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires, ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée (minimum 7 ans) dans l'assurance
- Solides compétences en souscription assurance ou conseil en assurance
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes de gestion comptable et des logiciels financiers (ERP, CRM, Excel avancé, etc.).
- Compétences démontrées en gestion d'équipe, avec la capacité de superviser et de développer des talents dans les fonctions administratives et financières.
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir avec les partenaires internes et externes, et capacité à présenter des données financières complexes de manière claire et concise.
- Sens de l'organisation, capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais stricts.
- Orientation vers les résultats, avec une approche proactive pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et résoudre les problèmes.
- Expérience dans l'encadrement et le soutien d'équipes opérationnelles et projets, avec une capacité à fournir des conseils pratiques pour améliorer l'efficacité des projets.
