Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and professional Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both in writing and speaking, and have excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role

Strong written and spoken English

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Professional attitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations

Maintain organized filing systems

Provide general administrative support to the team
