Leader Maintenance

SkillCheck :

• Master's Degree (Bac +5) in maintenance or industrial engineering.
• 3 years of Experience, as a Maintenance Leader preferably in automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of technical processes (cutting, injection, testing, assembly, etc.)
• Knowledge of various aspects of industrial maintenance and spare parts management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Autonomy Skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

ChallengeCheck :

• Define maintenance activities based on maintenance requirements and according to the capacity of the maintenance technicians.
• Define and implement the necessary procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure optimal function according to the maintenance activity plan.
• Analyze equipment failures and coordinate the implementation of necessary corrective actions.
• Ordering equipment, spare parts and consumable materials based on internal processes.
• Plan, update and verify the effectiveness of annual, monthly and weekly preventive maintenance actions.
