Taager is the first B2B startup specialized in supporting social sellers. We are democratizing the social e-commerce space by enabling entrepreneurs — whether beginners or experienced — to sell online without capital, inventory, or operational experience. We handle product selection, storage, logistics, payment collection, and customer service on behalf of our merchants.

Launched in 2019 with a team of just 8 people, we've grown to over 350 employees across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and more recently, Morocco. We serve over 34,000 social commerce sellers from diverse backgrounds — from students seeking side income to seasoned digital marketers aiming to become independent entrepreneurs. Our sellers have access to over 2,500 high-potential products.

About The Job

This role is responsible for managing all digital marketing efforts; participates in all

aspects of executing high profile and complex paid social media campaigns on networks

like Facebook, Snapchat, as well as running Google Ads. This includes initial planning,

implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage execution of paid campaign to achieve the lead

generation goals.

  • Create paid advertising campaigns on different marketing channels
  • Implement a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to optimize campaign

performance.

  • Analyze and provide reports and insights to improve performance

continuously.

  • Analyze user behavior using different analytical tools.

  • Optimize the conversion rates of our advertised products.

  • Continuously explore new paid marketing channels.

Must Have:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce.

  • Experience with social media platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok and Google

Ads.

  • Strong working experience with google analytics, google data studio and

automation marketing.

years of experience working in performance marketing roles.
