About the Role
We're looking for an
HR & Admin Assistant
to join our team in Nador. This role is designed for someone eager to learn about human resources and business administration in a growing company environment.
Alongside this, you will support the
Executive Business Coordinator & HR Admin
with recruitment tasks, onboarding support, HR documentation, and Operations. This role is a great opportunity to learn the practical side of HR while gaining hands-on experience with digital systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Entry & Setup:
- Add existing and new HR and recruitment data into the CRM platform.
- Organize, update, and maintain employee and candidate records.
- Support the setup of HR & Recruitment modules for daily use.
Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings, screen CVs, and assist with interview scheduling.
- Maintain candidate tracking sheets.
Onboarding & Documentation:
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and setting up new employee profiles.
- Keep HR files (digital and physical) updated and organized.
- Track internal contracts with a due date.

Requirements
- Based in
Nador, Morocco
. - Strong written and spoken
English
(mandatory). - Detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working in an English environment.
