Sales & Business Developer

Location: Remote / Tétouan, Morocco | Full-time | Contract: 3 months (extendable)

Prozy Digital Solutions SARL is a growing digital agency and SaaS startup offering:

  • Web & mobile UI/UX design + development
  • Branding, illustration, and creative design
  • Digital marketing & copywriting
  • SaaS platform (POSDrive) launching soon for SMBs

We help businesses build strong online presences, streamline operations, and grow through innovative digital solutions.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Developer to drive our agency's growth and help launch our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (local & international)
  • Prospecting and researching high-value clients (real estate, retail, architecture, etc.)
  • Reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate leads
  • Building strong client relationships and managing the sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to refine sales strategies
  • Supporting SaaS sales efforts pre- and post-launch

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development (agency or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
  • Languages: Arabic, French, and English (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with average deal size ≥ 10,000 MAD

What We Offer:

  • Commission-based earnings (15–25% per closed deal)
  • Potential transition to base salary + commission after 3–6 months based on performance
