						Purpose
We are seeking a French-speaking Telemarketer to make outbound B2B calls in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, promoting IT consulting and ERP solutions (Odoo). You will help refine call scripts, define target profiles, and set qualified appointments. Experience in ERP or systems sales is highly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to targeted businesses in French-speaking markets.
 - Present the Odoo solution in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
 - Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
 - Identify key decision-makers within organizations.
 - Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria such as company size, industry, and expressed needs.
 - Handle objections and rejections professionally and effectively.
 - Schedule appointments for product demonstrations by sales consultants.
 - Achieve or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments booked.
 - Actively listen and rephrase prospect needs to ensure a tailored pitch.
 - Generate interest in the product within the first 30 seconds of the call.
 - Provide regular and detailed feedback on call outcomes and market reactions.
 
Qualifications/ Requirements of the job
- Technical and Professional Skills:
 - Fluent French speaker with perfect command of spoken and written language.
 - Clear, professional, and convincing communication style suited for senior decision-makers.
 - Proven experience in B2B telephone prospecting or sales.
 - Skilled in handling phone conversations with confidence and clarity.
 - Ability to present offers clearly and persuasively.
 - Competent in objection handling and active listening.
 - Able to follow scripts while adapting naturally to the conversation flow.
 - Capable of navigating organizational structures to reach decision-makers.

 - Maintains a calm, pleasant, and articulate voice throughout calls.
 - Goal-driven and results-oriented; committed to achieving call and appointment-setting targets.

 - Able to quickly spark interest and build rapport with prospects.
 
Additional Assets:
- Basic understanding of Odoo ERP or eagerness to learn quickly (free training resources available).
 - Experience or familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
 - Quick learner with the ability to summarize and communicate feedback to the team effectively.
 - Previous exposure to the software, tech, or ERP industry is a plus.
 - Can work 4 hours a week (can be amended)
 - Can work on UK- Central European Time (CET-CEST)
 
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 5,600.00DH - 6,400.00DH per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
