Your Role as a Quality PTM

• Project Quality Strategy:
  Define the Quality Roadmap, manage quality costs, monitor customer milestones, and ensure strict adherence to CPM.
• Risk Management:
  Detect and prevent risks from "Cradle to Grave," reacting immediately to issues and escalating roadblocks to PG/PL management.
• Standards & SPPC:
  Enforce Build-In Quality Standards, including the use of SPPC tracking sheets and transferring SPPC to suppliers via VRFs.
• Design & FMEA:
  Ensure product/process novelties are integrated into DFMEA/PFMEA and verify that Lessons Learned (LLCs) are used to reduce RPN.
• Change Management:
  Strictly manage the 4M matrix after design freeze, ensuring customer approval for changes and updating all quality documents.
• Team Challenge:
  Challenge other Project Team Members (PTMs) on their deliverables and participate in design reviews with suppliers and toolmakers.
• Supplier Collaboration:
  Support Purchasing and SQA teams with internal/external supplier parts and integrate supplier best practices/proposals.
• Control Plans:
  Define prototype, pre-serial, and serial control plans, ensuring they are consistent with SPPC and FMEA.
• Validation & Deliverables:
  Prepare Initial Sample (IS) files for Site Quality Manager validation and Customer sign-off, and participate in FDPR/pre-FDPR.
• QRQC Leadership:
  Lead Project QRQC application, enforce "Stop at first disagree/no" rules, manage the single list of issues, and initiate VIM for test failures.

What we are looking for

• Bac+5 or equivalent in industrial management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Prior experience with the client Ford is a big plus.
• A good english communication level a must.
