Rattaché(e) au pôle Corporate Investment Banking, vous ferez partie de l'entité Financement de Projets / Project Finance en tant que "Project Manager".

A ce titre, vous serez amené à gérer & développer un portefeuille de dossiers de financements bancaires à moyen et long terme.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Identifier les opportunités de financement de projets d'investissement, les analyser et proposer des structurations des financements,
  • Valider les propositions de crédit rédigées par le chargé de projets et les discuter avec la GGR,
  • Elaborer et négocier les offres de financements et la documentation juridique avec les clients,
  • Organiser et tenir les réunions consortiales et assurer l'interface avec les clients & les conseilleurs des prêteurs,
  • Gérer au quotidien son portefeuille clients (demandes, réclamations, mises à jour, ...) de concert avec les services en internes et externes,
  • Superviser et encadrer le travail du chargé de projets.

Profil recherché :

  • De formation Bac +5 en finance et/ou gestion de projets, grandes Ecoles de commerce ou d'ingénieurs,
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 8 ans minimum dans un poste similaire,
  • Vous avez une aisance relationnelle et une fibre commerciale développée,
  • Vous avez la capacité d'effectuer les analyses poussées des risques inhérents aux projets à financer en vue de leur mitigation (structuration des financements),
  • Vous savez faire preuve de face d'argumentation et de persuasion.
  • Vous maitrisez le volet juridique.
  • Vous devez impérativement avoir un bon niveau d'Anglais.
