Supply Chain Manager

To strengthen our operations, we are looking for an
experienced Supply Chain Manager
to join our dynamic team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing the inbound supply chain with the objective of achieving the highest customer service level in Procurement, Demand & Inventory Management, Production Planning & Control.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the annual RCCP calculations, lines utilization reporting and guiding the decision-making process for new investments and expansions.
• Translate sales forecasts into effective production plans.
• Control finished goods inventory levels budget, while maintaining proper customer service level measured by the product availability.
• Control production materials inventory levels & budget while maintaining proper cash flow levels measured by materials shortage risk.
• Build and manage the annual purchasing budget for all direct and local materials, ensuring full compliance with company policies and standards.
• Analyse stock markets through annual reports to assess present and future material price trends.
• Manage the flexibility of raw materials rescheduling to avoid shortage or to minimize overstocking.
• Negotiate, place, and approve contracts and spot orders with local and international suppliers, ensuring the best payment terms.
• Manage supplier relationships starting from vendor selection and contract negotiation to performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 7–10 years of proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and French.
