Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tétouan for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will identify and connect with potential customers, demonstrate products and services, close sales opportunities, and maintain customer relationships. The role includes meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, collaborating with team members, and staying informed about products and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Customer relationship management and client engagement expertise
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant sales tools/software is a plus
  • Basic understanding of the retail market and customer needs
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales, business, or related fields are advantageous
