Junior Banker – M&A, Valuation & Debt Advisory

We are seeking a Junior Banker to join our M&A, Valuation & Debt Advisory team and support the execution of high-impact corporate finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side, mergers, acquisitions, divestments).

• Perform company valuations (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).

• Assist in debt advisory mandates: structuring, refinancing, acquisition financing.

• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses.

• Prepare transaction materials (pitch decks, information memoranda, valuation reports).

• Support due diligence processes and transaction execution up to closing.

• Work closely with senior bankers, clients, lenders, and external advisors.

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

• Solid understanding of capital structures and debt instruments.

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

• Fluent in French and English.
