About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to support the growth of LOFT in Morocco. This role combines content creation, digital advertising, social media management, and community engagement. You will be responsible for increasing our brand visibility, driving store traffic, and creating high-quality content that reflects LOFT's identity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management

  2. Manage LOFT Morocco's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  3. Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the brand's calendar.
  4. Write captions in French/English (Darija is a plus).

  5. Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity.

  6. Content Creation

  7. Photograph and film in-store content (products, arrivals, outfits, store visuals, events).

  8. Create Reels, photos, stories, and other engaging formats.
  9. Edit content and design posts using Canva or Adobe tools.

  10. Select and adapt HQ content provided by LOFT international.

  11. Digital Advertising & Visibility

  12. Manage sponsored ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

  13. Assist with Google visibility: Google Business Profile updates, SEO basics, search campaigns.

  14. Ensure the brand appears in relevant local searches (store hours, location, new collection, etc.).

  15. Community Management

  16. Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media.

  17. Engage with the community and local influencers.

  18. Manage customer questions professionally and promptly.

  19. Influencer Partnerships

  20. Coordinate influencer visits and collaborations.

  21. Request, organize, and repurpose influencer content for LOFT channels.

  22. Reporting & Monitoring

  23. Track performance of posts, ads, and campaigns.

  24. Provide weekly reports on engagement, reach, and results.
  25. Suggest improvements to grow awareness and foot traffic.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing (fashion/retail is a strong advantage).
  • Strong photography & videography skills (phone or camera).
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager.
  • Understanding of Google visibility and online search tools.
  • Fluent in French, good level in English, and Darija is a plus.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, trends, and fashion.
