We are looking for a Front Office Agent to join our boutique property, Les Jardins de Villa Maroc. The ideal candidate will have a warm, professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage guest communications before and during stays
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and spa teams for seamless service
• Inspect rooms before arrival to ensure standards are met
• Promote and sell on-site experiences (spa treatments, excursions, day passes)
• Handle guest requests efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (front office/guest relations preferred)
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
