Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cook located in Rabat. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation meet high standards. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety regulations, managing ingredient inventory, and assisting in menu planning as needed. Collaboration with kitchen staff, attention to detail, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene practices, and food handling standards
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to multitask
  • Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
  • Passion for culinary arts and creativity in developing new recipes
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of ingredient inventory management
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks
