Your main tasks

  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
  • Manage the production team so that scheduled goals are met

  • Monitor dashboard of production KPI's
  • Develop talent of collaborators
  • Assist and act on capacity studies of customer volumes
  • Insure that TEOA tools are used in shop floor everywhere

Your ideal Background

  • Master's or engineering degree in industrial related fields
  • 5 years' production experience in industrial environment
  • Understands, and speaks Fluent French.
  • Understands, and able to communicate in English.
