A Snapshot of your day

The role focuses on driving sales growth and market share expansion for LCD Monitors in the Morocco IT market. It involves managing key distributors, retailers, and B2B partners to strengthen the Organisation's position while ensuring optimal channel execution, pricing strategy, and product availability.

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, and target achievement for the Monitor category.
  • Manage daily business operations with distributors, retailers, and IT partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and joint business plans with key accounts.
  • Implement merchandising and promotional activities across channels.
  • Support pricing strategy development and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain product line-up alignment with market needs and business strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, finance, and HQ teams.

What will you need?

  • Strong sales execution and target-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in distributor and retailer management.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills for sales analytics and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of IT Monitor technology and industry trends.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
