Description du poste

• Analyze Validation plan / Norms / Standard of all OEM
• Creates plans, and performs tests and validations of products
• Calculates test costs based on laboratory test orders
• Identifies and defines relevant test specifications
• Analyses specific customer requirements and project requirements
• Documents results and reports the results to the customer
• Aligns requirements, results and open questions with the customer
• Supports the strategic planning and implementation of methods and processes
• Perform all tests in the lab portfolio ( Mechanical / electrical / Dimensional /Metallographic & Environmental)
• Perform the visual examination on harness / components and detect anomalies
• Analyze causes of non-conformities & define PDCA if required
• Elaborate test reports and synthesis in accordance with internal and customer standards
• Suggest improvement idea ( KATA – CIP)
• Participate in internal audits, prepare quality files for customer audits and certifications and IATF audit
• Creates and releases team internal instructions / New test methods and user-guides in alignment with standards.
• Study and implementation of new tools and test setups
• Respect of 5S / Scrap samples procedure & Storage of tested samples

Qualifications

• Level of Education: Coming from higher education (BAC+2/+3) in Electrical /mechanical engineering
• Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial
• Experience : A minimum of 1 year at least, in the automotive industry
