Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Marrakesh for a Retail Salesperson. The Retail Salesperson will engage customers, provide knowledgeable guidance on products, address questions and concerns, and recommend suitable products to meet their needs. Additional tasks include maintaining store displays, managing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge to provide customers with accurate and helpful information
- Proven experience in Retail Sales and ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and ability to upsell products
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or evenings as needed
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus
- Basic proficiency in operating POS (Point of Sale) systems
