Apply nowLearn more Sales AssociateWe are looking for a Sales Associate based in Agadir or Fes to support the regional Business development manager and work in close collaboration with distributor supervisors & JTI Field Force across the southern or the eastern region.What You Will Be DoingAs a Sales Associate you willOversee and manage sales KPIs to meet sales targets and objectivesMonitor warehouse stock availabilityCoordinate the recruitment, creation, and activation of point-of-sale (POS) materials in line with the regional coverage strategy.Provide coaching and support to distributor field forces through field visits.Maintain a consistent field presence and provide regular reports on field activities.Develop and follow up on tactical plans to achieve goals within the regional scope.Deliver regular reports on regional sales and distribution performance to managementRequirementsBTS or bachelor's degreePrevious Internship or a one-year experience in FMCGFluent in Arabic and French, Intermediate level in EnglishStrong Analytical, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skillsExcellent Team management & Leadership abilitiesProduct Knowledge and strong Sales TechniquesProficiency with business tools (MS Office).Experience in Supplier & costumer Relationship & Management skillsAre you ready to join us?
