Job Summary

  • Working location: Him Lam
  • Working hours: Shift (7 hours/day, 6 days/week)
  • Report to: Supervisor

What You Do

  • Patrol areas inside AEON Mall to support customers when necessary:
  • Provide necessary and accurate information to customers (For example: locations of booths, utility areas
  • programs, events at AEON Mall
  • services, utilities of AEON Mall, …)
  • Support when customers encounter difficult situations (For example: lost belongings, relatives, heavy lifting, …)
  • Directly or coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Promptly notify relevant departments when detecting incidents and situations that may affect customers at the shopping mall.
  • Other related tasks as required by superiors.
