We're looking for a curious, energetic, and people-oriented individual to join our team as a
Coach
, helping us develop a new generation of prospectors. No need for decades of experience – what matters most is your ability to guide, inspire, and grow others.

Location: Rabat, Morocco (on-site)


Contract type: Independent collaboration (contractor)


Main responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group coaching sessions;
  • Observe performance and behaviors, and offer improvement-oriented feedback;
  • Support the implementation of proven standards and methodologies;
  • Work closely with the Team Leader and management team to ensure progress;
  • Report regularly on skill levels and team engagement.


We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in coaching, training, or developing sales/commercial teams;
  • The ability to inspire and motivate people in a learning process;
  • Strong organization skills and a results-driven mindset;
  • Clear communication, a positive attitude, and adaptability in a building-phase project.
