Facility Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of facility systems including cooling, heating, air compressors, and general building infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining operational readiness of compressed air and water supply systems.
• Support the execution of maintenance schedules and plans for facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure basic facilities are well-maintained and function efficiently.
• Perform maintenance and testing of fire safety equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to the EHS team, particularly with security camera systems and safety-related infrastructure.
• Ensure facility operations comply with safety standards and government regulations.
• Participate in energy audits and support initiatives for energy efficiency and optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment logs.

Your Profile:

• High School with technical background or equivalent years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in industrial facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with Lean production principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Organized and capable of maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ability to diagnose and repair facility systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of process capability and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with customer-specific requirements in an industrial setting.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
• Ability to stay updated with latest technologies and maintenance practices.
