Title: Finance BP of Morocco plant

Report Line:

-  Report to Corporate finance manager / General Manager of TSP Morocco plant

Role Description

-  This is a full-time on-site role, The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Accounting and Finance responsibilities of TSP overseas plant.

-  Serve as the primary finance liaison between Corporate and the plant

Responsibilities

-  Responsible for the daily accounting and Finance work of TSP overseas factory. Ensure the plant complies with accounting standards, regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

-  Expense reimbursement and payment review of the plant to ensure compliance with company's authorization delegation, budget execution, project progress tracking, etc.

-  Verify accuracy of general ledger processes, analyze and determine monthly accruals, advances, payroll, Tax, Fixed Asset Processing, etc

-  Prepare and timely report Local Financial Statement including balance sheet / Income statement / Cash flow

-  Timely processing, bookkeeping, binding, and archiving accounting vouchers and supporting documents

-  Supervise various departments of the Moroccan company in managing fixed assets and property materials to ensure the security of assets.

-  Handling bank payments and regular reconciliation with the bank

-  Daily report bank account balance to parent company

-  Monthly funding forecast and application; Analyze actual vs. funding forecast

-  Coordinator local tax filings, review tax returns.

-  Responsible for delivering complete training on financial processes and system operations to local staff, while providing professional guidance for daily financial tasks.

-  Performing other tasks assigned by the General Manager of the overseas plant

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance and accounting or Finance

years in finance/accounting roles, with 1+ years in a financial supervisory position.

Familiar with accounting standards and financial processes, taxation and auditing laws

Fluency in English(written/spoken) is Mandatory

Work conscientiously and carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility, able to complete work tasks independently.
