We are looking for a committed and visionary Co-Founder to join our project at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the company's future. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business understanding, and the ability to invest financially and operationally in the growth of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy

Lead or support key operations: business development, marketing, management, or product

Participate in decision-making and long-term planning

Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new markets

Support financial, commercial, and organizational structuring of the company

Represent the company with partners, clients, and potential investors

Monitor performance and help achieve company objectives

Required Skills & Profile:

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership

Experience in business, tech, marketing, or operations (a strong plus)

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-moving environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Long-term vision and high motivation to build a global project

Conditions:

15% equity in the company

Investment required: 500,000 MAD $)

Remote work possible (open to international candidates)
