About the Brand Factory (BTF)
The Brand Factory is the creative heart of Silent Believers Group — where strategy meets design, where ideas become reality, and where brands come alive.
You will be joining a high-energy, multidisciplinary team driving brand identity, packaging, digital content, campaigns, internal communication, employer branding, and experience design across the entire group.
What You Will Do
As a Graphic Designer at the Brand Factory, you will:
Brand Design & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain visual identities across multiple brands (Dalaa, Mia, Calin, Tiger, etc.).
- Create consistent brand assets aligned with guidelines and the BELIEVE values.
Packaging Design
- Design and adapt packaging (diapers, feminine care, wipes, adult care…), including limited editions and co-branded concepts.
- Prepare production-ready files in line with printing specs.
Digital & Social Media Creation
- Design high-impact static and motion content for social platforms, websites, and apps.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Content & Marketing squads.
Campaign & Activation Creative
- Bring ATL/BTL campaigns to life (posters, OOH, POSM, merchandising).
- Create visuals for events, activations, retail programs, and internal campaigns.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with Visual Storytelling Lead, Brand Managers, Product Owners, and project squads.
- Stress-test designs through feedback loops and co-creation rituals.
Core Skills & Competencies
Technical Competencies
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID), Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and layout.
- Experience with packaging, dielines, prepress, and color management.
- Ability to translate briefs into strong concepts.
- Motion design knowledge is a strong asset.
- Comfortable with multi-brand environments and high-volume design workflows.
- Ability to work with frameworks (OGSM, JIRA boards, Kanban, Sprint rituals).

What Makes You a Fit
- You have
2–4 years of experience
in design (agency or FMCG experience is a plus). - You think in systems and love building brand universes.
- You are organized, fast, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- You are obsessed with quality — typography, spacing, hierarchy, consistency.
- You bring creativity but also structure, discipline, and accountability.
- You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
