Role Description

The Night Auditor is a full-time, on-site role based in Rabat. The role involves conducting receptionist duties, processing and managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service during night hours. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of overnight hotel activities. The Night Auditor will also reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with the day team to maintain operational consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing front desk operations.
• Strong abilities in managing reservations and related systems to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and professional guest experience.
• Proficiency in cash handling and ensuring accurate financial transactions with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
